Job summary

CSUSB is seeking an Instructional Student Assistant to support faculty in the Department of Child, Adolescent, and Family Studies. The role involves assisting with teaching, mentoring and classroom duties while maintaining academic eligibility and working collaboratively with staff and students.

Applicants must be currently enrolled undergrad or grad students at CSUSB, with a 3.0 GPA or higher, and able to learn and perform assigned tasks to support course activities and student learning

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled as an undergraduate/graduate student at CSUSB.
• Must maintain academic eligibility throughout employment period (3.0 GPA or higher).
• Must be able to work cooperatively with faculty, staff and other students.
• Ability to learn and perform assigned work; cooperate with faculty, staff and students; accept responsibility.
• Completion of specific coursework may be required in order to teach, grade or tutor a course.
• Evidence of the ability to work closely with the faculty supervisor to complete the required tasks for the specific position.
