The Scituate Public School District seeks an instructional paraprofessional to work under the supervision of the lead educator and the principal. The role involves supporting students, proctoring tests (including MCAS), assisting with assistive technology, and implementing behavior plans as appropriate.
This is a 10-month position based on the school year. The paraprofessional will prepare materials, provide classroom coverage as needed, document student progress, and maintain confidentiality
REPORTS TO: Principal and Lead Educator.
The paraprofessional works closely with and under the direction and supervision of the designated leadeducator for the benefit of all students. The paraprofessional is evaluated by the building principal.
Duties and responsibilities may vary depending on the Paraprofessional’s assignment.
