Job summary

The role requires completing GaPSC-accepted education credentials, maintaining certification, and assisting with instruction, supervision, and data collection in alignment with lesson plans.

Qualifications

• Hold an associate degree or higher from a GaPSC-accepted accredited institution.
• Complete 60 semester hours of college coursework with a C or better.
• Minimum high school diploma or GED and pass the Paraprofessional Assessment.
• Maintain Georgia Paraprofessional Certificate with required in-service training.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates prompt and regular attendance.
• Conducts small group or individual activities based on lesson plans.
• Assists with supervision, assessment, grading, and data collection.
• Prepares materials and inventory for instruction and classroom activities.
• Performs other duties as assigned by administration.
