Job summary

Boulder Valley School District is seeking a part-time Paraeducator-Instructional to support students with classroom activities and learning tasks at Eldorado K-8 in Superior, CO. The role includes assisting with materials, grading, attendance, and supervising students to ensure safety.

Position starts August 17, 2026, at 9-month schedule with hourly pay range $19.30 to $24.92, closing August 3, 2026. Prior experience with children and bilingual English/Spanish are preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires communication in English (read, write, speak).
• Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 25 pounds.
• Complete and submitted BVSD online application.

Responsibilities

• Assist students with basic classroom work and learning activities.
• Support teacher with materials preparation and classroom tasks.
• Monitor student progress and communicate with families as needed.
• Provide basic technical support for Learning Management System access.
• Assist with grading, attendance, and instructional centers.
• Supervise students during breaks and field trips and ensure safety.
