Responsibilities

• Partner with the principal to assist site administration in curriculum.
• Serve as facilitator for planning and capacity-building activities.
• Collaborate to complete planning tasks and move school into implementation.
• Expand instructional strategies to improve performance among diverse students.
• Maintain and prepare reports on a regular basis.
• Promote parental and community involvement in reform activities.
• Stay informed of research and partake in professional development.
• Support staff in small groups and PLC facilitation.
• Assist with Campus Improvement Plan goals and accountability.
• Assist with data desegregation of benchmarks and state assessments.
• Work with the district to secure and maintain resources.
• Keep staff informed about planning and progress.
• Maintain and prepare reports for funding sources.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
