Qualifications

• At least 3 years of full-time teaching experience.
• Leadership or administrative experience preferred.
• Proven record of success in K-12 setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead instructional staff to achieve measurable and ambitious results.
• Provide daily observations, coaching, data conversations, and evaluations to improve teaching.
• Oversee TEKS-aligned curricula and assessments to meet academic expectations.
• Review weekly lesson plans and provide constructive feedback.
• Communicate student progress with families and collaborate with relevant stakeholders.
