Instructional Designer and Training LeadProgram area: Program TrainingCompany Background:Capitol Bridge, LLC supports government programs through scalable operations, program management, workforce solutions, and technology-enabled services.Benefits Include:Competitive salaryMedical, Dental, and Vision benefits available the first of the month after 30 days of employmentPaid Holidays401(k) with up to a 4% company match after six months of serviceAccrued Paid Time Off, up to three weeks per yearFun and professional work environmentStrong leadership support to encourage career growth and fulfillmentPosition summaryDesign and maintain clear learning materials for both IDRE lanes and coordinate training logistics and records.Key responsibilitiesProvide functional leadership, coaching, and development to the Eligibility and Arbitration Trainers, ensuring consistent training standards, effective delivery, and alignment with program priorities.Design, develop, and implement employee learning and development programs, including e-learning, instructor-led, and virtual training solutionsPartner with stakeholders and subject matter experts to identify learning needs, define objectives, and create engaging training contentTranslate approved workflows into role-based courses, job aids, knowledge checks, and practice activities.Maintain document control, accessibility, version history, and publishing dates for learning assets.Schedule sessions, manage enrollment and completion records, and support trainers during delivery.Collect feedback and performance evidence to improve materials with Quality and lane SMEs.Separate materials for employees and contractors where their instructions or terms differ.Administer and support the LMS, including course deployment, testing, reporting, user enrollment, and trackingCoordinate virtual and live training logistics, evaluate training effectiveness, and support continuous improvement initiativesCreate facilitator guides, job aids, workbooks, assessments, and knowledge transfer documentationQualificationsBachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred2+ years of Learning & Development, instructional design, or LMS administration experienceExperience designing and developing training programs and e-learning contentStrong LMS administration experienceProficiency with authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, Adobe Captivate, Canva, or similar platformsPortfolio showcasing instructional design or LMS-related work preferredMeasures of successAccuracy and currency of materialsOn-time training delivery supportCompletion record accuracyLearner usability and readinessWorking relationshipsWorks across the assigned lane and with Quality, Training, Compliance, Reporting, and program leadership as needed.
