Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Instructional Design or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in instructional design or corporate learning.
• Experience creating instructor-led and digital learning content.
• Familiar with ISD models, adult learning principles, and evaluation methods.
• Experience with e-learning tools and tracking LMS progress.
• Strong Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Teams skills.
• Experience with learning management systems.
• Strong writing, editing, and content-organization abilities.
• Able to translate complex information for learners.
• Strong project-management and multi-deadline skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills across levels.

Responsibilities

• Partner with SMEs to identify training needs and define objectives.
• Design and develop instructor-led, virtual, blended, and self-paced programs.
• Translate technical information into clear instructional content.
• Create materials: slides, e-learning modules, guides, job aids, assessments, and videos.
• Apply ADDIE and adult-learning principles to development.
• Manage projects from analysis through evaluation.
• Conduct interviews and observations to capture knowledge.
• Develop onboarding and role-based training programs.
• Maintain and update training materials for changes.
• Administer or support content in the company's LMS.
• Measure knowledge retention and training effectiveness.
• Ensure branding, accessibility, and quality standards.
• Facilitate trainings and train-the-trainer sessions as needed.
• Collaborate with global teams to adapt content for different audiences.
