Qualifications

• At least 1 years of standing behind your own estimates.
• Judgment seasoned by at least 1 years of real consequences.
• Familiarity with the San Antonio market and local creative landscape.
• 1+ years navigating the politics that creative work attracts.
• Working understanding of both Framer and Zeplin in real-world settings.
• A San Antonio network, or the hustle to build one from scratch.
• Demonstrated wins in creative work somewhere near San Antonio, TX.

Responsibilities

• Curate and art-direct a consistent visual feed across owned channels
• Own the full creative process from initial brief to final handoff
• Translate the Stanley Black & Decker mission into a thirty-frame story a stranger finishes
• Prototype interface ideas fast enough to kill the weak ones cheaply
• Anchor a chaotic creative launch around one image that means something
• Fold accessibility into the first sketch, not the final QA pass
• Hold the line on kerning while shipping at a hybrid pace
• Convert vague heads-down-and-happy adjectives from a brief into concrete, defensible choices
