Job summary

MJH Life Sciences is seeking an Instructional Designer to join our Talent & Development team. You will build engaging eLearning modules and training materials to help associates grow their skills. You will work closely with the Generalist and SMEs to convert content into clear, practical learning experiences.

Ideal candidates have a portfolio, knowledge of Articulate 360, and strong writing/editing skills. The role offers a hybrid work schedule and exposure to Healthcare/Life Sciences training

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field (Instructional Design, Education, Communications, Organizational Development, or equivalent).
• 0–2 years of experience in instructional design, eLearning development, or training.
• Portfolio of work samples required (eLearning module, storyboard, job aid, or training deck).
• Proficiency with Articulate 360 or similar eLearning authoring tools.
• Strong Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and SharePoint skills.
• Familiarity with adult learning principles and ADDIE, SAM models.
• Strong writing and editing skills; ability to translate complex info into clear content.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Collaborative team player who accepts feedback and takes ownership.

Responsibilities

• Develop engaging eLearning modules, microlearning, and interactive assets using Articulate 360.
• Create training materials including PowerPoint decks, facilitator guides, participant worksheets, job aids, and quick-reference guides per brand standards.
• Collaborate with SMEs and the Talent & Development Generalist to draft learning objectives and storyboards.
• Apply ADDIE and adult learning principles to make content clear and practical.
• Upload, test, and maintain courses in Workday Learning; support enrollments, assignments, and completion tracking.
• Review and update existing training content to keep it current and accurate.
• Complete other Talent & Development projects as needed.
