Job summary

Ticketmaster seeks an Instructional Designer to design and develop scalable learning solutions for Event Programming employees across North America. You will translate event lifecycle processes into clear, engaging learning experiences and collaborate with education colleagues, trainers, SMEs, and regional stakeholders.

This hands‑on role covers e‑learning, virtual, and instructor‑led materials, with a focus on onboarding and ongoing learning, balancing global standards with North America needs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years designing and developing adult learning solutions including e-learning, ILT, virtual and blended formats.
• Portfolio demonstrating instructional design, learning experience design, and visual communication skills.
• Experience managing multiple learning projects with SMEs and cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Strong written, verbal, analytical, and project management skills with attention to detail.
• Fluency in English and ability to translate complex processes into clear learning experiences.
• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design or related field; or equivalent relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain engaging learning programs across North America.
• Translate complex event lifecycle processes into clear, performance‑focused learning.
• Collaborate with SMEs and cross‑functional stakeholders from discovery to launch and evaluation.
• Create learning assets in formats such as e‑learning, virtual instructor‑led, videos, and job aids.
• Define learning measures, review feedback, and continuously improve programs.
• Manage priorities in a fast‑paced environment and extend support to LATAM initiatives when needed.
