Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment, including Ticketmaster, seeks an Instructional Designer to create scalable learning solutions for Event Programming employees across North America. You will translate complex lifecycle processes into clear, engaging learning experiences and lead projects from discovery to post-launch evaluation.

The role requires collaboration with trainers, SMEs, and regional stakeholders, ensuring global standards align with local needs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience designing and developing adult learning solutions.
• Demonstrated knowledge and application of adult learning theory and instructional design principles.
• Portfolio or work samples demonstrating instructional design, learning experience design, and visual communication skills.
• Experience managing multiple learning projects with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong written, verbal, analytical, and project-management skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to learn technical information quickly and adapt for non-technical learners.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with distributed teams.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain engaging learning programs and materials for North America.
• Apply adult learning theory to analyze needs, define objectives, and create effective learning solutions.
• Partner with trainers and subject-matter experts to translate complex products and processes into usable learning experiences.
• Own projects from discovery through launch, including planning, communication, QA, and evaluation.
• Create learning assets across formats: e-learning, virtual, instructor-led, videos, and job aids.
• Define learning measures, review feedback, and improve programs based on data.
• Ensure accuracy, accessibility, and learner experience across materials.
• Extend design support to LATAM initiatives as needed.
