Job summary

You will translate complex event lifecycle steps into engaging e‑learning, ILT, videos, and job aids; manage projects from discovery to post‑launch evaluation; collaborate with SMEs and regional stakeholders; and ensure accessibility and measurable impact.

Qualifications

• 3+ years designing and developing adult learning solutions (e-learning, ILT, virtual, blended, or performance-support).
• Knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design principles.
• Portfolio/work samples showing instructional design and learning experience design.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain engaging learning programs for North America.
• Translate complex products/processes into learning experiences.
• Lead projects from discovery through launch, QA, and post-launch evaluation.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Learning Technology, Education, Communications, UX Design, or related field
