Castelion Corporation is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to design, develop, implement, and maintain high-quality training for manufacturing, engineering, quality, safety, and operations teams in a fast-paced aerospace environment.

You will partner with subject matter experts to translate complex technical processes into engaging, competency-based learning experiences that prepare employees to perform safely, efficiently, and consistently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design or related field.
• 2+ years designing and developing instructor-led and/or eLearning programs.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain instructor-led, eLearning, blended learning, and OJT programs.
• Partner with SMEs to identify training needs and create effective learning solutions.
• Develop competency-based learning paths, qualifications, assessments, and certifications.
