You will manage LMS administration, course uploads, user enrollments, and reporting, ensuring seamless integration with SSO, VPNs, and third-party content. Handling technical troubleshooting and vendor coordination, you will maintain data security, accessibility, and industry compliance for an optimal learning environment.

As an eLearning Specialist, you will collaborate with teams and stakeholders to develop engaging training solutions, gather needs, refine content, and align eLearning initiatives with business goals, driving continuous improvement through feedback.

Technical Criteria:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of adult learning theories, instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM), and content development strategies
  • Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Vyond, Camtasia, etc.)
  • Experience integrating 3D-rendered files into training content

  • Familiarity with VR and AR learning solutions
  • Strong understanding of learning analytics and reporting tools
