Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Instructional Design or related field.
• Strong command of English language and creative writing.
• 3–5 years of experience designing digital learning content in EdTech, corporate training, or higher education.
• Expertise with authoring tools: Storyline 360, Rise 360, Adapt Learning or Captivate.
• Knowledge of instructional design models: ADDIE, SAM and AGILE Learning Design.
• Exceptional visual storytelling, scriptwriting, and content structuring.
• Familiarity with LMS and SCORM/xAPI standards.
• Creative thinker up-to-date with EdTech trends and learner engagement strategies.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop interactive e-learning modules and assessments.
• Collaborate with SMEs and teams to transform content into engaging materials.
• Storyboard and prototype learning experiences with clear flow and media assets.
• Innovate formats using AR/VR, gamification and other tech.
• Maintain quality: accessibility, branding, pedagogy, and platform compliance.
• Iterate based on feedback to improve learning products.
