Position Description

The Instructional Designer for the client will support creation and development of training courses for the client. Primary job responsibilities include:

• Design and development of training materials and all documents associated with training curriculum
• Building of training content utilizing Instructional System Design (ISD)
• Utilization and implementation of Performance-Based Training (PBT)
• Consulting on best practices and approach in regards to development of online training: WebEx videos, Flash files, other technologies

Must-Haves

• 6-10 years of experience
• Expert level experience with Microsoft products (including PowerPoint)
• Strong communicator and consultant
• Business and information technology experience
• Strong practical experience with ISD Methodology (Instructional System Design)
• Experience with Performance-based training
