Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Educational Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience as an Instructional Designer or similar role.
• Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles, ADDIE, SAM, or other instructional design models.
• Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in developing blended learning solutions and facilitating virtual training sessions.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop instructional materials for e-learning, ILT, and blended learning.
