Nozomi Networks is seeking an innovative Instructional Designer to transform complex OT/IoT cybersecurity concepts into engaging learning experiences. You will collaborate with Product Education to design, develop, and maintain curriculum that enables users to configure and operate the Nozomi Networks platform.

You will analyze learning needs, create assessments, and ensure content aligns with objectives and business outcomes.

As a member of the Product Education team, you will collaborate cross-functionally to design, develop, and maintain content that teaches how to successfully configure, manage, and use the Nozomi Networks platform.

You will be responsible for analyzing learning needs, developing and maintaining curriculum and assessments, and ensuring that learning content aligns with learning objectives, business goals, and target outcomes.

In this role, you will:

To be successful in this opportunity, you will have:

Additional Compensation and Benefits

Nozomi Networks is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base pay scale for this position is $77,762 - $89,118. This is the range the company reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account factors including job-related knowledge, skillset, experience, education and training, certifications, and other relevant business factors. Applications outside the range are welcome to apply.

In addition, eligible employees are able to enroll in a 401(k) plan along with the employer matching program. Nozomi Networks also offers eligible employees flexible paid time off, paid holidays and paid parental leave.
