Job description

The Instructional Designer will be expected to design and develop learning experiences in various formats, including interactive eLearn, large-scale training solutions, and blended multi-media instructor-led presentations. They will determine learning objectives, rewrite content, structure activities, and create visual aids for both face-to-face and online interactions. Collaboration with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) is essential to ensure content aligns with training best practices and complies with regulatory and legal standards.

This is a contract position, remote with some travel required.

Requirements include:

• 1-2 years of experience in Instructional Design, eLearn development, or related fields.
• Ability to program interactive asynchronous eLearn experiences and develop synchronous, scenario-based in-person experiences that promote engagement and retention.
• Skill in translating complex processes into easy-to-understand training.
• Capability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines and adapt to changing needs.
• Experience in developing storyboards, scheduling production, conducting research, and maintaining production schedules.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating attention to detail, effective design principles, adult learning pedagogy, and visually appealing layouts.

Required skills include proficiency in:

• eLearn authoring tools, especially Articulate Storyline
• MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel)
• Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop)
