The ideal candidate creates effective learning solutions that support Client onboarding and address performance gaps by applying sound instructional design principles. They collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to analyze needs, design and develop instructional materials, and deliver content across multiple formats, including instructor led, virtual, web based, and blended learning.
