work hours: 8am to 5pm

Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging learning experiences across multiple formats (eLearn, instructor-led, multimedia, blended learning).
• Define learning objectives and restructure content for clarity and retention.
• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure content is accurate, compliant, and aligned with best practices.
• Create visual aids for both online and face-to-face learning experiences.
• Ensure learning materials meet legal and regulatory standards.
• Rewrite and simplify complex processes for training purposes.
• Build both asynchronous eLearning modules and synchronous, scenario-based training.
• Manage multiple training development projects under tight deadlines.
• Develop storyboards, conduct content research, and maintain production timelines.
  
  

Skills

• Proven ability to develop engaging eLearn and in-person experiences.
• strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to translate complex topics into digestible content.
• Bonus if experienced in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
  
  

Experience: 1-2 years of experience in instructional design or related field.

Preferred Experience: 2-4 years of experience in instructional design and project management.
