Compri Consulting is hiring Instructional Designers for a 5-month contract opportunity with our client located in Denver, CO. Fully Remote.
The Sr. Instructional Designer (ID) is a key role within the IT Learning & Development team. The Sr. Designer works collaboratively with business leaders, subject matter experts (SMEs), key stakeholders, program owners, and other learning professionals to design and develop innovative learning solutions that leverage a combination of learning modalities to maximize the learner experience, learning effectiveness, and business impact. The Sr. ID leverages instructional design techniques to author in-person, virtual, and eLearning content. This position uses their expertise to create original content and provides consultation on adult learning best practices, mentoring junior designers in content design and development.
