• Evaluate learning programs using Kirkpatrick's model and metrics.
• Leverage Cornerstone LMS and design tools for delivery and reporting.

Hybrid role in Carmel (4 days onsite, 1 day remote)

Project & Stakeholder Management

• Ability to develop, communicate, and coordinate project plans and projects
• Demonstrated experience collaborating and consulting with key stakeholders
• Multi-task and prioritize multiple projects

Analytical & Communication Skills

• Comprehension of complex business scenarios; including the ability to define problems, collect & analyze data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
• Outstanding interpersonal skills, including the proven ability to work across different audiences, personalities, and experience levels
• Able to communicate effectively sharing the right amount of detail at appropriate audience levels
• Well organized with a high attention to detail and accuracy

Instructional Design & Learning Development

• Able to leverage adult learning theory and instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM, etc.) in creating blended learning experiences
• Able to leverage Kirkpatrick's model for evaluation in designing metrics to show effectiveness of learning and development workshops and programs

Technical & Software Proficiency

• Experience using Cornerstone LMS platform
• Experience using design software (Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, etc.)
