Job summary

This is remote, project-based contract work. Pay is $200–$250 per hour. Scope and hours depend on project matching, with payout details to be confirmed on first payment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of substantive experience in instructional design or learning experience design.
• Demonstrated senior-level judgment in learning activities, accessibility, digital delivery, and evaluation, with substantial responsibility for reviewing or delivering this work.
• Ability to write precise reference answers, assess competing approaches, and justify corrections with traceable evidence.
