Instructional Delivery / Trainer

Location: Chantilly VA(on-site client environment)

Clearance: TS/SCI with polygraph

In this role, you will be a part of a larger team compromised of additional project managers and technical SME's and work in collaboration with other existing staff to help plan, lead and develop the training of mission-critical topics for our customer.

Basic Qualifications:

• Must maintain active/current TS/SCI with a polygraph clearance
• Demonstrated experience designing and deliveringtraining courses for adult learners on highly technical and non-technical subjects.
• A Bachelor's Degree in Education, or a related field - additional experience may be substituted in lieu of a college degree.
• Experience creating, developing, launching, and continuously testing lesson plans, storyboards, and multiple parallel adult education courses.
• Demonstrated experience in delivering professional training, including accessibility for all individuals to provide an equitable experience across all training modalities.
• Experience determining needed resources, and creating implementation plans for delivering lesson plans across any modality, including online/web-based training, or in-person classroom courses.
• Experience coordinating with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and performing design reviews, pilot training courses, and lessons learned discussions.
• Demonstrated experience conducting formative analysis (measuring progress during learning), and summative analysis (measuring progress upon the completion of learning).
