Instructional Delivery / Trainer

Location: Chantilly VA (on‑site client environment)

Clearance: TS/SCI with polygraph

In this role, you will be part of a larger team comprised of additional project managers and technical SME's and work in collaboration with other staff to plan, lead, and develop the training of mission‑critical topics for our customer.

Basic Qualifications:

• Must maintain active/current TS/SCI with a polygraph clearance
• Demonstrated experience designing and delivering training courses for adult learners on highly technical and non‑technical subjects
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a related field; additional experience may be substituted in lieu of a college degree
• Experience creating, developing, launching, and continuously testing lesson plans, storyboards, and multiple parallel adult education courses
• Demonstrated experience in delivering professional training, including accessibility for all individuals to provide an equitable experience across all training modalities
• Experience determining needed resources and creating implementation plans for delivering lesson plans across any modality, including online/web‑based training or in‑person classroom courses
• Experience coordinating with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and performing design reviews, pilot training courses, and lessons learned discussions
• Demonstrated experience conducting formative analysis (measuring progress during learning) and summative analysis (measuring progress upon completion of learning)
