Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide job-embedded coaching through classroom observations, co-teaching, and modeling.
• Engage teachers in reflective conversations focused on instructional improvement.
• Support teachers in setting professional goals related to classroom instruction.
• Design and facilitate professional learning opportunities for faculty and staff.
• Assist beginning teachers with curriculum implementation and instructional practices.
• Promote collaborative learning through Professional Learning Communities (PLCs).
