Job summary

FullBloom's Catapult Learning unit is seeking a Curriculum Coach to support teachers across partner schools in the Philadelphia area. The role involves modeling lessons, observations, and collaborative planning to improve instructional practice and student outcomes.

Requirements include PA Instructional II, a master's in education or related field, and prior curriculum coaching/teaching experience in high schools. Flexible full-time or part-time arrangements are available.

Qualifications

• Valid PA Instructional II teaching certificate.
• Master's degree in education or related field.
• Knowledge of Curriculum programs.
• At least two years' experience as a Curriculum Coach (preferred).
• 3 years experience teaching.
• Experience working or teaching in a high school setting.
• Excellent research, written, and oral communication skills.
• Ability to establish priorities and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Conduct model lessons, classroom observations, provide next-step support.
• Support teachers with classroom management techniques and resources.
• Co-plan or co-teach and debrief with teachers.
• Provide leadership and assistance for skillful instruction.
• Understand and support the Danielsen Framework.
• Build an interactive classroom environment aligned to curricular programs.
• Identify instructional strategies to improve student achievement.
• Assist schools with baseline/historical testing data.
• Plan and undertake next steps teaching for groups.
• Complete Catapult Learning paperwork and documentation on time.
• Lead professional development workshops when needed.
• Maintain documentation using Catapult Learning's system.
• Support pacing to meet Archdiocese of Philadelphia standards.
