Position Overview

At Northeast Academy for Aerospace & Advanced Technologies (NEAAAT), we foster a culture of innovation, regional impact, and lifelong self-direction. • Progress & Data Monitoring: Continuously track key indicators of student performance and participation (including course completion, attendance/login consistency, grades, and early warning flags).
  • Targeted Problem Solving: Partner with students to identify underlying barriers to success, such as time management, executive function challenges, or personal stressors, and co-create actionable strategies to overcome them.
  • Family & School Partnership: Maintain consistent, two-way communication with families and NEAAAT leadership regarding student growth, celebration points, and needed interventions.
  • Resource Navigation: Connect students directly to available academic and student services, including COA and ECSU academic tutoring, advisory resources, accessibility services, and campus tools.

  • Relational Support: Ability to build meaningful, authentic relationships with high school and dual enrolled learners.
  • Data-Informed Action: Skill in reviewing academic and participation data to identify trends early and intervene proactively rather than reactively.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Clear, warm, and professional verbal and written communication skills when engaging students, families, COA/ECSU staff, and NEAAAT Coaches.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility in supporting students across both high school PBL coursework and college-level academic expectations.
