The ideal candidate will have CT certifications in Special Education and related fields, 5+ years of teaching, and a proven track record in coaching, differentiation, and assessment. Collaboration with leadership and specialists is essential for school-wide improvement.

The Instructional Coach serves as a teacher leader who partners with educators to strengthen instructional practices, improve student outcomes, and foster continuous professional growth across our middle and high school programs.
The ideal candidate has successful experience working with middle and high school students with diverse learning, executive functioning, and social-emotional needs and is passionate about supporting teachers through coaching, mentoring, and professional learning. This position works closely with school leadership, teachers, clinicians, and related service providers to strengthen curriculum, assessment, instructional practices, and special education programming while promoting a collaborative culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
