Job summary

EMAN, operator of Oakland International Academy, is seeking an Instructional Coach to provide curricular and instructional leadership at the elementary level. The role collaborates with teachers to strengthen instructional practices, develop coaching strategies, and mentor staff to improve student outcomes.

Onsite role with 181 instructional days, starting October 19, 2026, with a base salary plus up to $8,000 in bonuses.

• Master's Degree required.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with staff, students and families.
• Competitive base salary plus a performance bonus up to $8,000.

About the Role

The Instructional Coach provides curricular and instructional leadership to support and maintain high levels of student achievement. This role works closely with teachers to strengthen instructional practices, develop effective coaching strategies, and provide ongoing mentorship and support. The Instructional Coach promotes academic excellence by collaboratingwith teachers to identify areas for growth, implement effective instructional strategies, and improve student outcomes.
