Job summary

Education Management & Networks, Inc. (EMAN) in Detroit is seeking an Instructional Coach to provide curricular and instructional leadership for high student achievement. You will collaborate with teachers to strengthen practices, coach staff, and mentor teams across Oakland International Academy.

The role runs Monday–Friday on-site for the 2026-2027 school year, with a base salary plus an eligible bonus of up to $8,000. A comprehensive benefits package is included and a 401(k) match is offered.

About the Role

The Instructional Coach provides curricular and instructional leadership to support and maintain high levels of student achievement. This role works closely with teachers to strengthen instructional practices, develop effective coaching strategies, and provide ongoing mentorship and support. The Instructional Coach promotes academic excellence by collaboratingwith teachers to identify areas for growth, implement effective instructional strategies, and improve student outcomes.
