EMAN in Detroit is seeking an Instructional Coach to provide curricular and instructional leadership across Oakland International Academy. The role partners with teachers to strengthen practices, mentor staff, and drive student achievement within the charter school network.

The position is full-time, onsite, with a base salary plus an $8,000 performance bonus and a calendar of 181 instructional days for the 2026-2027 school year.

About the Role

The Instructional Coach provides curricular and instructional leadership to support and maintain high levels of student achievement. This role works closely with teachers to strengthen instructional practices, develop effective coaching strategies, and provide ongoing mentorship and support. The Instructional Coach promotes academic excellence by collaboratingwith teachers to identify areas for growth, implement effective instructional strategies, and improve student outcomes.
