Role Description

The Instructional Coach is a full-time, on-site role based in Crystal City, TX, focused on supporting educators in delivering effective, evidence-based instruction. Day-to-day responsibilities include observing classroom instruction, providing feedback, modeling lessons, and collaborating with teachers to plan standards-aligned curriculum and instructional strategies. The Instructional Coach will facilitate professional learning communities, lead training sessions, and assist with data analysis to inform instructional decisions and interventions. This role also involve partnering with campus leadership to align coaching efforts with school improvement goals, supporting new and experienced teachers, and maintaining clear, consistent communication with stakeholders.
