Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biological Science or related field is required; work experience may substitute.

Responsibilities

• Under supervisor, aids in chemical waste disposal for teaching labs and safety inspections.
• Coordinates and manages undergrad employees to prepare chemicals and reagents.
• Orders reagents and supplies for instructional labs and other needs.
• Receives, labels, dates, stores supplies; checks expiration and rotates stock.
• Maintains records/files for lab management and ensures SOP compliance.
• Writes incident reports for chemical spills or accidents in labs.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
