Job summary

Per Scholas is seeking an Instructional Assistant (Data Analyst) to support classroom facilitation and hands-on IT training across a structured curriculum. You will help learners transition from entry to mid-level IT roles by guiding labs, reviewing material, and forming study groups.

The role emphasizes strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to adapt to evolving schedules while maintaining data accuracy in attendance and performance records.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Per Scholas Training Program with completed certifications.
• Ability to teach in an interactive, hands-on style.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexible and responsive to schedule changes.

Responsibilities

• Assist Technical Instructor in delivering structured IT training.
• Lead study groups and prepare review materials with instructor input.
• Support attendance, grades, and learner records in LMS.
• Ensure equipment is returned and labs run smoothly.
• Participate in learner progress meetings and coaching sessions.
