Job summary

McKinley Children's Center is seeking an Instructional Assistant to support teachers in addressing the academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs of students. Responsibilities include direct instructional support, data collection, and supervision across classrooms.

As part of a team, you will implement intervention plans, assist with transportation support, and maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
• Experience working with students with learning, emotional, and behavioral disabilities preferred.
• Proficient with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Provide instructional support in various academic areas.
• Follow through on intervention plans with consistency and professionalism.
• Assist in classroom management, crisis response, and trained physical restraint.
