Job summary

Tahoe Truckee Unified School District is hiring an Instructional Assistant in Truckee to support teachers and students in the Special Education program. The role involves supervising and instructing students with physical or emotional handicaps and performing classroom clerical tasks.

The position is based at Truckee Elementary School with some assignments across the district. Working hours are 6 hours per day, 5 days a week, part-time for the 2026-2027 school year.

Starting Salary: $ 23.67- $ 27.71 per hour plus a $ 3,000 sign-on bonus

Bonus will be paid in $500 increments every 6 months until you reach the $3,000 amount.
