Job summary

Tahoe Truckee Unified School District is seeking an Instructional Assistant for Special Education to support teaching personnel in supervising and instructing students with disabilities. The role includes classroom clerical tasks to aid the instructional process.

Starting hourly salary is $23.67–$27.71 with a work year of 2026-2027, 1.5 hours per day, 5 days per week, totaling 195 days. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred; deadlines and paperwork are required for onboarding.

Qualifications

• Paraprofessional test or proof of AA degree/48 units required upon job offer.
• TB test required upon job offer.
• Fingerprints/Livescan required upon job offer.
• Letters of recommendation (up to 3).
• Proof of high school graduation or college degree.
• Resume required.
