Job summary

Jordan School District is seeking an Instructional Assistant Self-Contained I PT to support students with Autism in reading, mathematics, and behaviors. This role is part-time and involves assisting with classroom activities and behavior supports.

Effective July 1, 2026, Lane4 Step 1 pays $21.33 per hour. Candidates must complete Basic Training (5 hours) within one week of hire; an additional 40 hours of training within six months enables advancement to lane 5.

Qualifications

• Must complete Basic Training (5 hours) provided by JSD Special Education Department. Training must be completed within one week of hire as a condition of employment.
• Additional 40 hours of training is available through the Special Education department allowing the employee to increase to lane 5 upon completion. Training must be completed within six (6) months from hire date as a condition of employment.
• Lane4 Step 1 ($21.33/Hour)
