Eagle Point School District 9 (EPSD9) is seeking a dedicated, student-focused Instructional Assistant to support literacy and math interventions at Table Rock Elementary. About The Role

The Instructional Assistant works closely with classroom teachers and reading/math interventionists to deliver small‑group instruction, one‑on‑one support, and targeted academic interventions in reading and math.

This role involves following lesson plans, tracking student progress, assisting in the development of instructional materials, and creating a positive and structured learning environment.

Who We're Looking For

Applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent and meet one of the following: two years of postsecondary education, an associate's degree or higher, or a passing score on the district's reading, writing, and math assessment.

Candidates should be able to build rapport with students, follow structured instructional routines, and support the academic goals of the school.
