Eagle Point School District 9 (EPSD9) is seeking a dedicated, student-focused Title I Instructional Assistant to support literacy and math interventions at EagleRock Elementary. This role supports early academic growth for students who need additional instructional time and individualized assistance, working under the guidance of licensed teaching staff to ensure all learners meet grade-level benchmarks.
Located in the scenic Rogue Valley of southern Oregon, EPSD9 serves the communities of Eagle Point, White City, and surrounding rural areas. The Title I Instructional Assistant works closely with classroom teachers and reading/math interventionists to deliver small-group instruction, one-on-one support, and targeted academic interventions in reading and math. This role involves following lesson plans, tracking student progress, assisting in the development of instructional materials, and creating a positive and structured learning environment.

Applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent and meet one of the following: two years of postsecondary education, an associate's degree or higher, or a passing score on the district's reading, writing, and math assessment. A valid Oregon driver's license and reliable transportation are required. CPR/First Aid certification is encouraged. Candidates should be able to build rapport with students, follow structured instructional routines, and support the academic goals of the school.
Prior experience in an educational setting is helpful but not required. Strong communication skills, a collaborative spirit, and a desire to see students grow are essential.
