QUALIFICATIONS:

Instructional Assistant II's mild/moderate - working with students served in Resource, Learning Handicap or Communicatively Handicap programs. Example of typical duties include running small groups, assisting students in large groups in both Special Day Class settings or General Education and supporting the teacher's needs. • In some programs, possession of, or willingness and ability to obtain a valid California Class C Driver License within 30 days of hire or before driving any equipment/vehicle requiring this license.

• [B] Official passing score from the California Basic Educational Skills Test (CBEST)

**Passing the IA Proficiency Test or having the CBEST is required, regardless of educational background. Applications submitted without the required test results will not be considered.
