The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, pass the Kentucky para-educator assessment or have 48 college hours, and demonstrate strong communication and teamwork in a busy elementary setting.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• Passing score on Kentucky Para-educator Assessment or 48 college hours.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Criminal background check completed as required by Kentucky law.
• Competent language skills and effective communication.

• Assist supervising teacher and principal in instruction and activities.
