Job Description

Duxbury Middle School is seeking exceptional candidates for the position of Instructional Assistant for direct student support as a member of the Transitions Program. This position will be focused on supporting students throughout the building.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree preferred, Associates Degree considered with relevant experience

- Management skills that support students social emotional learning

- Experience meeting the needs of diverse learners

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Citizenship, residency or work visa required
