Job summary

The Menta Education Group is seeking dedicated school-based staff to provide targeted teaching and support to students, assist with behavior management, and ensure safe, orderly classroom environments. The role operates on a standard school calendar from 8 a.m.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred in Education, Psychology, Sociology, Social Work, Criminal Justice, Human Services, Kinesiology, Health & Wellness or related field.
  • Experience in teaching/substitute teaching or desire to teach.
  • Ability to operate tactfully under stress and flexibly adapt to routine changes.
  • Experience with high‑risk special needs students.

  • Background in security or juvenile justice helpful; military veterans encouraged to apply.

  • Valid driver’s license with a good driving record and willingness to drive a school van (strongly preferred).
