Employees International Union (SEIU) Collective Bargaining Agreement transfer process outlined in Section 15.9. During the peak hiring months of August and September, vacancies will be posted to internal and external candidates. The internal posting will close on 9/17/26. To be eligible for transfer, employees must meet the posted qualifications and have been in their current position for at least six (6) months. Qualified applicants will be contacted directly. If no internal candidates are selected for transfer, external candidates will be considered.

Hourly Rate: $27.71/an hour (SC11SEIU26-27.pdf) Position is eligible for membership in the Service International Employees Union No. 925

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• Must be at least eighteen years of age and hold a high school diploma or its equivalent. Must hold an Associate degree (AA) or higher OR have completed two years of study equivalent to 72 college quarter credit hours, OR have passed an Educational Testing Service ParaPro Assessment documenting a score of 455 or higher, OR have passed the Pearson Paraprofessional Assessment with a score of 220 or higher. Official documentation will be required upon hire.
