Universal Health Services seeks an energetic Instructional Assistant to support the ASD Program at Lifeworks Day School in Levittown, PA for the 2026-2027 Academic School Year. A $2,000 Sign On Bonus is available.

The role includes classroom management, one-to-one educational support, and reinforcing material under the teacher's guidance, with opportunities for growth within a supportive school community.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years related college coursework or Associate Degree.
• Prior experience working with adolescents with behavioral health challenges within a school setting is highly desirable.

• Provide classroom management assistance to teacher when working with students on an individual basis as well as the entire class.
• Reinforce material already introduced by the teacher to the class.
• Provide educational assistance to students on a one to one basis.
• Completes tasks assigned by teacher pertaining to classroom environment, educational materials, and other operational functions in the classroom, e.g. grading papers, researching materials, phone calls, point sheet tabulation, etc.
