Universal Health Services's LifeWorks School System in Bucks County, PA is hiring for One-to-One Staff for the 2026-2027 Academic School Year to support students with social, emotional, or behavioral health challenges.

The LifeWorks Schools provide individualized instruction in a therapeutic setting, combining academics with behavior supports to help students succeed.

A One-to-One Staff assists with classroom instruction, helps students understand subject matter, and maintains daily routines.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in educational settings.

Responsibilities

• Working with students that have special needs and/or challenging behaviors.
• Supporting instruction to individuals
• Monitoring and managing student behaviors.
• Modeling and encouraging positive social skills as needed.
• Supporting students through classroom transitions
• Perform other duties as directed by school administration

The LifeWorks School System, with locations in Doylestown, Levittown and Media, PA is actively hiring for One-to-One Staff for the 2026-2027 Academic School Year.

The LifeWorks Schools are licensed specialty therapeutic day schools for students in middle and high school effected by social, emotional, or behavioral health challenges. LifeWorks comprehensive educational curriculum is individualized and designed to actively engage each student throughout the day to achieve positive, pro-social behavioral and educational outcomes. Our unique balance of academic rigor and a continuum of evidence based educational/therapeutic supports make LifeWorks the regional provider of choice.

A One to One Staff assists with classroom instruction in a one on one setting. This person aids students in understanding subject matter, and ensures that regular classroom routines are followed.
